How to get from hotel to Senzo beach in Egypt — walking or transport options?

Guests note the bus doesn't run on a fixed schedule (can be early or late) but follows one set route. For those staying in buildings 22, 24, 27, and 18-20, reaching the bus stop near the aquapark is inconvenient and far. Guests who walk easily find it faster to go straight to the beach on foot, while those with mobility issues find it easier to head to the reception than to a distant building (e.g., building 5).

A recent report says the walk to the sea/Senzo is very short — about 7 minutes — so a shuttle is not necessarily needed. According to guests, the bus is less convenient: it follows a schedule, may involve waiting or rushing, takes a roundabout route, and does not drop passengers right by the wild beach, so walking can be faster and easier.

The walk to the beach is easy — it's a gentle downhill slope. The return trip can be harder, especially via the main entrance. However, shuttles run frequently one after another, so you won't wait long. Older guests (60+) manage the route without difficulty.

Walking along the sea towards the Palma area and continuing further leads to a crossing point to Senzo. This coastal route is an alternative to the asphalt road.

Walking from the hotel to Senzo takes about 15–20 minutes (roughly 1 km) along asphalt in the heat. Bring water. There is no regular bus schedule — walking is the main option.

A useful trick: ask a driver to drop you off at the turn closest to Senzo — it's only a 5–7 minute walk from there. Works well on the way back from the beach.

On the return trip, use gate 4 of your hotel — Senzo is right on the other side of the fence. Security at the barrier will ask for your room number, entry time, and check your wristband.

With children, plan around the heat — go early morning or evening if walking. After the beach, either dry off or change into dry clothes before heading back to the hotel.
