Is the alcohol any good at all-inclusive resorts in Egypt?

TL;DR
Standard all-inclusive alcohol is basic: local beer is mostly Stella, cocktails are simple (Tequila Sunrise and Sex on the Beach are okay, Margarita and Caipiroska are weak). Imported alcohol is available for an extra charge.

Hard liquor is often poured from plastic bottles, a sign it's cheap local stuff. Befriend the bartender and ask for the glass-bottle version instead; for rum, ask for "Rom Cubana" (white label) — a decent alternative. Imported alcohol costs extra.

Imported alcohol is available for an extra fee. Standard beer is almost always Stella (bottled or draft). From the QR-code cocktail menu: Tequila Sunrise is drinkable, Sex on the Beach is decent, but Margarita is mediocre and Caipiroska is very bad. Cocktails are noticeably better in the premium ("posh club") areas.
