Is there a free shuttle or golf cart service between hotels and beaches in Soma Bay, Egypt?

The same guests asked about transport between hotels at reception desks; according to them, nobody there knew about such a service or could say where to find a cart.

Another travel review mentioned in August 2026 showed a golf cart running along the seafront and past the hotels: people walking from the Sheraton were picked up on the way and taken to the yacht marina. Guests on site at the time, however, had not come across such a cart.

In late August 2026 travelers who were staying in Soma Bay at the time, and had previously stayed at several different hotels on the peninsula, wrote that they had never seen any circulating carts for getting around the resort area — free or paid.

One online review of Soma Bay, quoted in the discussion in August 2026, said that a free bus runs between the hotels and beaches on the peninsula and that guests can freely attend events at any hotel there. No timetable, route or on-site confirmation from current guests accompanied that review.
