TL;DR
All-inclusive buffets in Egyptian hotels typically offer fish, chicken, beef, pasta, pizza, fresh fruits and vegetables. The selection is consistent and changes little over time.
Beach bars serve cocktails and beer; indoor bars offer spirits, wine and cocktails. Ice cream is not included. Seafood-wise, fish is always available, battered squid appears occasionally, crabs are tiny and barely worth eating, no shrimp. Fruits include apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, dates, nectarines, melon and watermelon. Both cooked and fresh vegetables with greens are available.
The buffet menu has barely changed since July 2025. There are themed food stations: Japanese, Korean, Italian and Indian. Fish, chicken and beef are always present; squid and shrimp appear every other day. Cold cuts, cheeses and deli meats are available. Breakfast includes porridge, omelettes and eggs. Variety is sufficient for about 3–4 days without repeating dishes.
At the Sunset restaurant (premium guests), red fish is not served at breakfast. Summer fruit selection includes peaches (slightly underripe), pears, apples, tangerines, plums, yellow cherry plums, bananas, grapes, sliced oranges and melons. Food is mild and European-style — heavy on pasta and pizza, as the hotel caters mainly to Italian tourists. No changes compared to September 2025.
