TL;DR
Breakfast buffets are the same every day: sausages, omelette/fried eggs, mini-burgers (actually seasoned beef patties, not sandwiches), cheeses, croissants. Menu doesn't change daily but you can rotate dishes.
Cheeses at breakfast get good reviews, but the cold cuts/sausage not so much. Croissants are excellent; didn't try the cakes/pastries but heard the cheesecake in the tea corner is great.
Breakfast has the same lineup daily: sausages, omelette/fried eggs, and mini-burgers, which are actually seasoned ground beef patties, not sandwiches. Even on a strict diet there's always something to eat, and non-dieters get even more choice.
Burgers on the buffet are top-notch, but pizza is best avoided — one guest tried it once and found it disappointing (though tastes vary).
