What time does all-inclusive breakfast end at Egypt resorts (and what to do if you're late)?

At Parkland resort, the Sultan restaurant offers a late breakfast starting at 10:30 AM — you can eat, change, swim and sunbathe without waiting around for the wristband cutoff.

If your family can't make it to the beach by 10:00 AM, grab sunbeds early in the morning and go to breakfast later — many hotels allow eating until around 10:30 AM.

Officially, all-inclusive wristbands are handed out at 10:00 AM when breakfast closes, but you can pay an extra $10 per person to eat later. Some guests eat for free without a wristband and only pay if caught.

Beach lunch service starts at 11:00 AM, so there's a window after breakfast to swim and sunbathe before the next meal.
