Are beach bars free at Sharm El Sheikh all-inclusive resorts, and can all guest categories use them?

At one resort, a bar with animation area near the restaurant was demolished and relocated to the far end of the hotel; a second paid bar (in addition to Horizon) was opened in its place — reported from a guest's stay in 2025.

Beach bars are only conditionally free: instant coffee (Nescafe) is served free, but coffee-machine drinks like cappuccino are charged extra — even at a 5-star resort.

The bar near the slope down to the sea (Horizon) is paid, while the beach and lobby bars are free for all hotel guests.

This season only a stationary beach bar remains — the mobile drink stations right on the sand from previous years are gone.

A couple of years ago there was also ice cream and two mobile bar stations on the beach, where regulars could sometimes grab drinks themselves from the fridges — this is no longer available, so drink service may now be slower.

Guests staying in the "Sport" category can use all bars and pools in the "Front" section, except the main restaurant.

Guests in the "Sport" category are not allowed into the "Front" section's restaurants or pools, but the beach and beach bar are shared across all categories, including "Remal".
