TL;DR
Hotel rooms are usually mosquito-free thanks to nightly fumigation of the grounds, though occasionally a single mosquito can get in and buzz at night. You can ask reception for a free electric fumigator/repellent device.
In August there are almost no mosquitoes in rooms or on the grounds — the hotel fumigates all the vegetation every evening (visible smoke) to kill insects. No bikes available nearby or at the hotel; outlets are European-style, ask reception for a power strip if needed.
No mosquitoes in the rooms, but if one gets in, the pest control team handles it quickly. You can request a free fumigator/repellent device at reception and they'll bring it to your room. Iron and ironing board are also available on request.
One guest asked in advance whether a mosquito fumigator is needed in the room — based on other travelers' replies, there's no need to bring one specifically, it can be arranged on-site via reception.
No mosquitoes seen in rooms at all, though some appear around the grounds. Rooms below the 5th floor of the building tend to be noisier; higher floors are quieter with fewer mosquitoes.
A few flies (2-3) can be seen buzzing around while sunbathing on the beach, but it's not swarms. No flies noticed in the rooms.
Mosquitoes do occasionally show up: one guest reported buzzing in the room for half the night, and the hotel's fumigator device didn't fully solve it.
