What are the beach, pool, aquapark and towel rules like at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh?

Clarification on the aquapark: the Neverland aquapark is not the hotel's own facility, and you can't access it just by staying at different hotels — you have to buy a separate day or overnight ticket there.

One guest reported a fully positive experience contradicting other complaints: bartenders didn't bring drinks proactively but it was easy to get them yourself; no issues with towels; the aquapark slides/tubes worked fine (double tubes available for a lighter child); AC noise was fixed by adjusting the remote. According to one commenter, for an adult it doesn't matter which of these hotels you pick — you can't swim directly from the shore at either; you need to enter the sea from the pier, so tide timing is irrelevant.

One guest reported the beach has improved — the path to the lagoon and coral reef was cleared. No food is served on the beach, but umbrellas, towels, water and alcohol are brought to guests. New volleyball and football courts have been added on the grounds.

One commenter suggested that if direct sea access from the shore without wind matters, Park Regency nearby is a better choice than Pickalbatros Luxury Suites for that purpose.

A dissatisfied guest noted the beach and pool animation is weak: one entertainer danced for about 10 minutes with a low-energy show, and darts was the only real activity available. In her view, the reef, food, grounds and atmosphere don't match the hotel's price.

Club-category guests may not receive regular towel cards at the main reception. That can mean walking back to the club area to collect towels before using the main pool or public beach, which is especially inconvenient in about 36°C heat.
