Practical tips from a guest: the sea level near the shore depends on the moon phase — it recedes less near full moon and more near new moon, and during low tide you can spot crabs, hermit crabs and sea cucumbers. If you're wary of the glasses at the bar, you can bring your own plastic cups — staff will pour into them without issue.
