After submitting documents, processing can take as little as 2–3 days. It helps to get a sample application and document checklist from someone who has already gone through the process.
2–3 days (minimum processing time)
Documents submitted in mid-April through an official facilitator resulted in only 80% readiness months later. No intermediary can speed up the processing timeline once documents are submitted.
80% completion after several months
In February, the queue took about 7 days with daily status updates. One applicant successfully picked up documents in April. However, if an archive error is found (even from decades ago), the process can stall completely — one case was stuck at 20% completion despite all required documents being submitted.
7 days (February) / stuck at 20% if archive error found
