At the end, the site offered to issue the visa right away: she agreed, paid and received the eVOA within a minute — without uploading a passport scan or a photo. According to her, the only difference is that this visa has no photo. Another traveler described the same flow in April 2026: after the arrival card she was taken straight to the eVOA payment page.
