TL;DR
The old harbor area in Antalya (Kaleiçi) is overpriced — around $300+ for dinner for two. Fish restaurants in Konyaaltı district are about half the price with 4.8 ratings, and out-of-town spots near Üzümdere/Altınbeşik cave (like Samyeli Alabalık) are even cheaper.
On the way back from Altınbeşik cave, in the village of Üzümdere, there's a restaurant called Samyeli Alabalık serving great trout — prices are noticeably lower than in Antalya city itself.
In the Konyaaltı district there are several fish restaurants with prices about half of what you'd pay at the harbor, and ratings around 4.8.
The restaurant right at the corner of the harbor area was very expensive — over $300 for 6 oysters, 2 beers, steamed fish and red mullet. The next restaurant just next door turned out cheaper and tastier.
