Is it better to drink at the lobby bar or pool bar at a Turkish all-inclusive hotel?

Beach bar offerings vary a lot by hotel: some have no alcohol at all (maybe just beer), only a water cooler, machine 'juices' and non-alcoholic cocktails. An alcoholic cocktail class happened only once, as a promo for leaving a review.

Bringing your own champagne to dinner is allowed: guests brought a bottle to the restaurant, staff didn't object and even provided glasses.

The pool bar was a letdown: plastic cups were visibly dirty and worn. Dried leaves from a previous cocktail were found in one cup, after which the pool bar was avoided entirely. Beach drinks came in paper cups — not glamorous, but at least clean.

The lobby bar is noticeably better than the pool bar: drinks are served in glass, not plastic. Draft beer at the lobby bar also tastes better than bottled beer elsewhere.

Imported alcohol is available at the hotel. Cocktails include Margarita, though it can be quite sour. Sparkling wine is also on offer.
