TL;DR
Turkish hotel buffets typically offer grilled fish and meat (duck, lamb, tongue, turkey, chicken) at breakfast and dinner. Fish dishes are not always available daily.
In early June, red fish was available at both breakfast and dinner. Meat options included duck, beef tongue, lamb, veal liver, turkey, and chicken.
From June 9th the menu shifted to either grilled fish or grilled meat plus grilled vegetables, whereas earlier in the month both were available together.
Over a 7-day stay, fish was served at dinner only twice: shrimp, fish, and rolls. Fish at the buffet is a pleasant bonus rather than a daily guarantee.
