TL;DR
Turkish all-inclusive hotels typically host a mix of German, Polish, and Russian-speaking guests. The nationality mix directly affects sunbed availability and overall pool atmosphere.
In the current season the hotel appears to be 80–90% German guests, and some CIS travellers report that staff attention — including entertainment and table service — is directed mainly at German guests. Smoking in the restaurant near children with no staff intervention has also been noted. Guest mix and service quality can shift significantly year to year, making early booking a gamble.
German guests often tip waiters a small amount (around 1–2 euros), which tends to result in noticeably faster and more attentive service for the rest of the stay. The same approach works for any guest.
The hotel hosts Polish, Russian, and Central Asian guests. The atmosphere is relaxed and low-key — better suited for independent travelers who don't need organized entertainment.
Until recently, the hotel was closed to Russian tourists and catered mainly to Germans (around 85%), Dutch, Polish, and Turkish guests. Now Russian-speaking guests are welcome, staff are friendly to everyone, and many German guests speak Russian — so communication is rarely an issue.
The guest mix changes noticeably between stays and has a direct impact on sunbed availability. When German retirees dominate, all sunbeds — both at the beach and pool — are taken by 8am. When the majority are Russian-speaking or Polish guests, loungers remain available well into the afternoon even at full hotel capacity.
If sunbed availability is a problem, it's worth raising it at the front desk — hotels can respond quickly. In one case, after a complaint, management added extra rows of loungers at the pool, increased beach sunbed numbers, and provided additional fabric umbrellas that staff will set up over your lounger on request.
