TL;DR
Hotels in Kemer generally impress with good food, kids' pools and foam parties, but expect check-in delays until 2 PM and fully booked conditions in peak season.
The hotel had only opened a few days prior and was not ready for guests: construction work was ongoing across the property, with noise, workers in hard hats, and building debris everywhere. An unfenced pit was located near the hotel. The beach tunnel was dirty and leaking. Sun loungers and umbrellas were in poor condition. Lobby furniture was visibly worn. The SPA was closed with no known opening date. There was no kids' club, play area, high chairs, or children's food. Breakfast was extremely limited: eggs, vegetables, pancakes and porridge. Air conditioning was not working in rooms — only at reception. Check-in was promised by 14:00 but no rooms were ready even by 17:00.
Conditions deteriorate sharply at the end of the season when the hotel is closing for winter: staff leave gradually, drinks and certain dishes run out, and self-service at the bar becomes the norm. By 15:00 on the final day, only a security guard may remain on the property. The luggage storage room was locked by a staff member who had already left — it had to be forced open. The transfer was delayed. Guests whose checkout falls on or after the hotel's closing date should be especially cautious.
The hotel runs at full capacity with constant arrivals and departures — guests were seen waiting in the lobby with luggage late at night. Only first-floor rooms were available due to high occupancy.
Check-in was only completed at 2 PM despite arriving at 6:30 AM. A standard room on the 5th floor was assigned. Despite repeatedly requesting two separate beds, they were made up as one — had to track down housekeeping to fix it.
Food was generally good — dinner included beef, fish and chicken, all tasty. Watermelon and strawberries were fresh, but peaches and nectarines were hard and unripe. Lunch at a restaurant in Side was disappointing — better to eat at the hotel.
The hotel's reception staff were exceptionally helpful — one receptionist personally coordinated with the travel agent to resolve booking issues and ensured a smooth check-in despite complications.
Building D, 5th floor: daytime road noise is not bothersome. The hotel grounds are compact but packed with activities — foam parties and a kids' pool were a big hit with children.
Food at the hotel was excellent overall. The experience left guests wanting to return — unlike other destinations such as Egypt, this hotel made a strong enough impression to consider a repeat visit.
