TL;DR
All-inclusive menus at Marmaris hotels vary significantly by season — early season (April) offers a basic but decent spread, while peak summer brings fish nights, gala dinners, grills, and a much wider variety.
In mid-June the menu is extensive: trout, sea bream, other fish, beef in multiple preparations (shepherd's pie, stuffed dried eggplant with beef, meatball dishes, Hungarian-style beef). Oysters and mussels occasionally served. Staff is plentiful and service is fast. The weak point is fruit — nectarines and peaches are poor quality, melon underripe, cherries never appeared despite being abundant at the local Marmaris market. Watermelon is consistently good.
In early June (first days of the stay) the menu was limited — children struggled to find appealing options, soups were disappointing, the grill was underwhelming, and the pool-side restaurant had a sparse selection. After June 8th the menu expanded noticeably, likely tied to a surge in guest numbers. The same date also brought long queues to the waterpark — the 'turtle' slide went from a 15-minute wait to about an hour.
In April and at the very start of the season there are no gala dinners or fish nights, and the grill may not operate. Still available: beef, chicken, turkey, fried trout, stewed fish, vegetables in various forms, several salads, Turkish spreads, pickles, multiple olive varieties, fresh herbs, rice, potatoes, two soups, cheeses, pastries, and seasonal fruit (no strawberries). The drinks menu — alcoholic and non-alcoholic — and ice cream selection remain the same year-round.
At peak season (June–September) the menu expands considerably: the grill may simultaneously offer sea bass, sea bream or trout alongside lamb kebabs or lula kebab. More desserts and fruit appear. Turkish night and fish night are highlights — ice cream cake is brought out ceremonially on a stretcher. Live music evenings near the mini-club feature freshly made cocktails.
A consistent drawback regardless of season is the lack of good bean coffee and a limited breakfast pastry selection. However, early season has its own appeal: very few guests, no queues at the beach, pool, or restaurant, and an overall VIP-like atmosphere.
