TL;DR
Based on traveler reports, the shared transfer to Le Meridien is often nearly direct, with either no other passengers or only 1–2 stops at nearby hotels. The return transfer to the airport can be less reliable, with delays and a slower ride, so many travelers prefer a private transfer.
One recent report says that in August last year a minibus handled the shared transfer to Le Meridien. It dropped off 2 families at nearby hotels first and then continued to Le Meridien. On the way back to the airport, the same travelers ended up riding alone even though it was booked as a shared transfer.
Another traveler reported that across 3 trips to Le Meridien, the airport transfer was not really a multi-stop hotel run on arrival: the vehicle either went only to that hotel or carried only other guests also heading to Meridien. So a long route with many hotel stops does not seem to be the norm.
The most negative experience described was the return trip to the airport: the bus arrived late, already had passengers from other hotels on board, moved very slowly, and reached the airport when check-in was already underway and the terminal was crowded. Because of that, the traveler recommends booking a private transfer if you want extra time before departure.
