TL;DR

Based on recent visitor reports, the Ba Na Hills youth promotion is determined by birth year and applies to guests born in 2001 or later. Bring the original passport for age verification; a regular adult ticket is about VND 1,000,000.

Recent visitors who bought children’s tickets at Ba Na Hills report that a passport is mandatory for the discounted fare, as staff verify the child’s age at purchase.

The promotion appears to use birth year rather than the exact day a visitor turns 25: the cutoff is 2001 or later. Travelers born in 2000 are therefore unlikely to qualify.

If one traveler qualifies for the youth deal, buying at the Ba Na Hills ticket counter can be cheaper: purchase the discounted ticket after showing the passport and a regular adult ticket for roughly VND 1,000,000. Two standard tickets via Trip.com may cost around VND 500,000 more.
