At Vinpearl Beachfront hotel breakfasts are good, but housekeeping is terrible: bathtub has a thick layer of grime, sinks and toilet are dirty, cleaning is basically just re-making the bed. During an 8-day stay, bedding and towels were never changed, and toilet paper wasn't restocked.

General cleaning issue at the hotel: guests end up having to clean a dirty soap dish themselves. To get bathroom supplies restocked (soap, shampoo, etc.), you have to repeatedly go to reception and ask — which is annoying and time-consuming.
