TL;DR
WinWonder has very long queues on busy days (up to 3 hours for slides), but the waterpark section is more manageable. Worth it if you use the full facilities — pools, beach, waterpark, and lunch voucher included.
The fast-track ticket grants access to the Ferris wheel, zoo, oceanarium, greenhouses, and waterpark, but does NOT include entry to the regular rides/attractions.
Suggested route: buy a fast-track ticket for entry, the zipline, and 3 rides (sled, river, cinema), then optionally hit a couple more (hammer ride, train), then visit the zoo to feed capybaras and giraffes, ride the waterpark slide (expect a queue for the spinning slide), then oceanarium, Ferris wheel, and a show. Get the zipline filmed on video. Overall take: the park is more hyped than it actually is, but still worth a visit.
Weekday tip: arriving early in the morning means a short queue for the cable car. Among the rides, only the train ride is really worth it — head straight there and queue on the right near the entrance. After that, the oceanarium, zoo, and flower zone have few visitors. The waterpark also isn't overly crowded, though some queues remain.
Visitors are asking whether queues at WinWonder are shorter on weekdays and if fast-track tickets can be purchased separately for individual rides and waterpark slides.
Free attractions at WinWonder have very long queues — up to 3 hours for the slides. The zoo, bird shows, and Ferris wheel are more accessible during the day. The waterpark has shifting queues as different rides operate on rotation throughout the day.
WinWonder has a large territory with multiple pools (adult and shallow kids' pools), a big shared pool, and quieter ones. Plenty of sun loungers, buggy transport around the grounds. Ticket includes the waterpark with a lazy river and kids' zone, free locker, and towel rental (waterpark only). A lunch voucher is included and covers a decent meal. The beach is large and clean with lifeguards in the sea on jet skis, at pools, and in the waterpark.
Downsides of WinWonder: the main pool, beach, and bar area get very crowded. Towel rental is only available at the waterpark, which is far from the rest of the grounds and requires a buggy ride. For a quieter, more relaxed beach day, Mia or Axi beach clubs are better alternatives.
