TL;DR

Monthly budget accommodation in Nha Trang can be found for around RUB 20,000 (roughly US$250), but the cheapest rooms are often not listed online. Walk into budget hotels and apartment hotels locally and negotiate a monthly rate in person.

For the lowest rates, search after arriving in Nha Trang rather than relying only on booking websites. Visiting budget hotels and speaking directly with reception may get you a lower price than online rates.

Nha Trang apartment hotels

A one-month stay is usually priced less favorably than a longer rental, but it is still possible to find an owner or hotel willing to agree to a monthly arrangement.

One-month rental

If your priority is the absolute lowest budget, negotiate in person. Basic hotels may have inexpensive rooms, although the final deal and room conditions can vary.

A rough benchmark for reasonably decent monthly accommodation is about RUB 20,000. These deals are more often found offline in lower-cost hotels and similar properties, so allow time to inspect options in person.
