Where do boats to Hon Tre Island (Vinpearl) in Nha Trang depart from, and what is the schedule?

The pier is near the cable car station. Boats run around the clock, but by default they are meant only for guests staying at hotels on the island. However, if there are issues with the cable car or after it closes, the boats will take anyone off the island who needs it.
