When taking electronics out of Da Nang (or any Vietnamese airport), there may be customs considerations — it's worth checking with official customs authorities before departure.

A Vietnam e-visa can be applied for while you are in your home country — the only requirement is that you are outside Vietnam when submitting the application.

One traveler processed their e-visa QR code before departure, while their companion had the visa issued directly at Phu Quoc airport on arrival — both options are valid.
