Do waiters serve drinks on the beach at Egyptian all-inclusive hotels, or do you have to go to the bar yourself?

TL;DR
Waiters circulate on the beach all day and approach guests proactively. Tipping $1–5 noticeably improves service. Beach bars are located on both sides of the beach.
Only two waiters cover the right side of the beach and are visibly overwhelmed — service speed has dropped noticeably compared to when there were fixed drink stations spread across the beach.
Tipping just $1–2 to the bar staff, beach waiter, and evening bar waiter is enough to skip queues entirely and receive consistently friendly service throughout the stay.
Waiters bring drinks from bars located on the left and right sides of the beach. Previously there were additional drink stations spread across the beach, but now only the two end bars remain.
Hotel restaurants are well-staffed — waiters check in frequently without needing tips in foreign currency. The beach bar had mixed reviews: one cocktail was reportedly undrinkable. The pastry shop staff can be unfriendly on bad days.
You can go to the bar yourself or wait for a waiter at your sunbed. A $1 tip gets waiters to check on you regularly. A $5 tip means they anticipate your needs and bring drinks proactively without you having to order.
