TL;DR
Food quality is generally good, especially beef and grilled chicken, though fish can be overdone. Alcohol is weak — buying your own at duty free is recommended.
At budget (non-Posh) resorts, alcohol is local only — quality is hit or miss; whisky-cola in particular is nearly undrinkable. At Posh-category hotels, food is noticeably better and alcohol is imported.
Rosé wine tastes better than white or red. Tequila and rum are also more palatable than other spirits. Sakara beer served at the beach and pool (Serenity resort) has an unpleasant taste; Stella on tap at another property is better. Food at resort V is noticeably tastier — pasta and rolls are far superior to Serenity's.
Dry wine is very sour. Beer is decent. Cocktails contain barely any alcohol — effectively non-alcoholic.
Meat dishes are a highlight — beef is excellent, and grilled chicken is consistently good. No complaints about the main courses.
Beer is decent and comparable to Turkish resort quality. Wine is mediocre, and cocktails are mixed by eye without precise measures.
Many travelers buy alcohol at the airport duty free shop — it's enough for the whole trip and avoids relying on resort alcohol.
Food overall rates about 4 out of 5: tasty but with caveats — red fish tends to be overcooked, and beef is served well-done only.
Alcohol quality is below average — roughly 3 out of 5. The difference is less noticeable in cocktails. Whisky and liqueurs like sambuca are available.
