TL;DR
Breakfasts are generous with smoked salmon, cheeses, fresh pastries and juices. The dining hall gets crowded — arrive at opening or an hour later. Wine is always warm; draft beer is cold and good.
Breakfast spread is impressive: smoked salmon, Brie and many other cheeses, fresh croissants and doughnuts, fluffy pancakes, porridge, scrambled eggs and a made-to-order egg station. Fresh juices are included. Coffee comes from a machine. You won't leave hungry.
Breakfast includes juices, coffee and plenty of smoked salmon. No portion limits.
The lobby café has good coffee and a calm, quiet atmosphere with few people. In the main dining hall, coffee is poured from carafes.
Finding a table in the dining hall is the main challenge. Arrive right at opening or about an hour later when the first wave leaves. Food is always sufficient. Queues form and clear quickly. Wine is always served warm — a downside. Draft beer is cold and decent.
Service at breakfast can be lacking — teaspoons may run out and wooden stir sticks are offered instead.
During the day you can get snacks like crisps, nuts, pastries and sandwiches, plus coffee, alcohol, juices and water at the bar or café.
The lobby café serves decent coffee but only until noon.
Dirty plates are cleared quickly, coffee is made from various beans, and staff actively offer drinks throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.
