TL;DR
The resort scores well for food, grounds, and reef snorkeling, though housekeeping can be inconsistent. Ground-floor pool-view rooms are recommended for families.
Check-in was at 2pm; guests were fed and given wristbands on arrival. A family of three adults and a 10-year-old was offered a room upgrade but stayed in a standard pool-view room on the ground floor — very convenient. Food was excellent, bars plentiful. The reef was a highlight. The downside: two days waiting for a fourth towel, minibar restock, and room cleaning despite three requests at reception.
Rooms 437 and 438 overlook both the garden and two pools. Each has one double and one single bed. A birthday cake was delivered to the room. Housekeeping changed towels and provided robes regularly. The shortcut to the restaurant runs past the two-story pool buildings rather than through the maze of corridors. Security checks wristbands at all resort entrances. The beach is accessible via the spa center. The neighboring Dreams resort was visited once but not recommended.
Guests who visited in May were placed in a building next to the pool. Food quality was good, dishes were clean, and the room itself was tidy, but the room's overall condition and furnishings were somewhat worn.
