Are Hurghada’s Albatros resorts worth booking for activities, snorkeling and access to neighboring hotels?

Guests were denied entry to Majestic by security despite a guide saying reciprocal access was allowed. They were admitted to Inn, so confirm day-use and sister-hotel access directly with the hotel before you go.

On a Hurghada desert trip, quad bikes were considered acceptable, but the buggies were disappointing. The Bedouin-village stop was viewed as a time-consuming and uninteresting part of the excursion, with animal-welfare concerns about the camels.

According to guests, Albatros Beach is not a strong snorkeling choice: the pier is very long and the reef is limited. Families should also expect the pier to become crowded with children.

Reported daytime entertainment included aqua aerobics, boccia and darts. Guests did not see volleyball or water polo during their stay, so do not assume those sports are scheduled daily.

One traveler ruled out Albatros Beach because the service did not meet their expected standard. Compare very recent service reviews before booking rather than choosing solely by the resort brand.
