Are the different 'islands' sold on Hurghada boat trips (like Hula Hula Beach, Orange Bay, etc.) actually the same island?

TL;DR
Some of the 'islands' offered on Hurghada boat trips are actually the same island with different beach names (like Hula Hula Beach), while others are genuinely separate islets. Many travelers recommend skipping the crowded island stop and choosing a reef-snorkeling trip instead — much calmer and nicer than swimming among the boats.
Clarification: Hula Hula, Orange Bay, Paradise, and Eden are all beaches on the same island — Giftun — not separate islands. Boats usually reach them via the same reefs.
Better to pick a sea trip without the island stop — swimming among a crowd of boats near the island beach isn't great. Snorkeling on the reef for 1.5 hours in calm water felt like paradise.
There's confusion about island names: it seems many of the so-called 'different islands' are actually the same island, just with beaches given different names.
Not all the islands are the same spot — some are genuinely separate, but it's hard to say exactly which ones. Personally only visited Hula Hula Beach.
