Where can I collect beach towels and find sun loungers with mattresses at El Naga Beach in Hurghada?

According to a newer report, beach towels should be collected at the hotel rather than at the beach. They are issued once per day, so daytime exchanges may not be available.

There are no beach bags in standard rooms: you do not need to bring towels from your room, as they are issued at the beach and at every pool. Towels can be exchanged several times during the day.

Beach towels can be exchanged until 17:30. There are four locker-equipped stations with an attendant; it is best to exchange before 17:00 because clean towels may run out later in the evening.

Unreserved loungers are available in the Beach section, from the towel station to the start of the West Beach area.

The beach towel collection point opens at 7:00, when the beach opens.

Towels are issued on the beach: when you take a towel you receive a card/token, which you return when handing the towel back to get it again.

When you check in, look in the wardrobe: the first beach towel may be inside the beach bag left in the room.

Loungers with mattresses are in the left-hand part of the beach by the wooden pier. By the blue pontoon on the right, ask a staff member in a yellow shirt to bring a mattress.

You do not need to return to the hotel building for a towel: the collection point is directly on the beach next to the bar.
