TL;DR
In the 2026 season, Turkish all-inclusive resorts cut mini-bars down to just water, added red fish for dinner and beach parties, but some restaurants dropped pork loin from the menu and crayfish are still poorly cooked.
At the hotel restaurant ("Rama"), the buffet layout changed this year — different dishes, stands and baskets, and pork loin disappeared from the menu.
The in-room mini-bar now only has water (still and sparkling); last year it included cola, Fanta and juices.
The hotel now has noticeably more waitstaff and Russian-speaking staff than last year.
Red fish (salmon-type) has been added to the menu, but it's served only at dinner, not breakfast.
Roller-skating waiters who used to serve drinks by the pool near the main building are gone this year.
Beach parties near the snack bar are a new addition this season.
Crayfish at the hotel are still cooked incorrectly — that hasn't changed since last year.
Lamb cutlets served at the buffet turned out to be real meat, not soy-based (though this could have changed since then).
