What to know before staying at a Hurghada all-inclusive hotel: beach, food, amenities and what to pack?

Pack a few basics: slippers and a dental kit may not be provided in the room. Bottled water is replenished at about 3 liters per day per room.

If you arrive before check-in, you can change and wait in the spacious, clean restrooms inside the restaurants and bars. Beach and pool towels are issued using exchange cards.

Free ice cream is usually available at the beach bar after around noon, from a soft-serve machine.

WiFi works well in rooms and throughout the resort grounds, but the signal is weak or absent directly on the beach — worth keeping in mind if you need to stay connected by the sea.

The sea here suits those who prefer shallow water: the entry is gradual, fish are sparse, and snorkeling is modest. The hotel is geared toward relaxed stays — few children, no party atmosphere.

Some rooms include a laundry rack in the bathroom, a kettle with tea and coffee, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and bottled water. An iron may not be available in standard rooms.

Beach towels are issued from a dedicated booth: give your room number, state how many towels you need, and sign for them. Return them to the same booth.

Beach vendors offer massage, diving, SUP, water activities, and excursions. Massage prices: 3 sessions — $100, 5 sessions — $120 (after bargaining). Best to book early in your stay before your skin gets sunburned.

After windy weather, plastic bags accumulate in the water — a known quirk of this beach. A bin is provided on shore, and some guests voluntarily collect the litter from the sea.

The resort has shops selling souvenirs and essentials, plus a store called 'Jasmine' offering oil-based perfumes (Baccarat, Chanel dupes) and creams. Walking to the resort exit takes 10–15 minutes; a golf cart can be requested at reception to reach the gate faster.

For late departures, wristbands are cut at 12:00. Extending access for two costs around $30 (after negotiating). The spa on the 2nd floor is available for showering and changing before departure.

An upgrade to a sea-view room is offered at check-in for $120. The standard garden-view room in block 1 is conveniently located next to the restaurant.
